HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play at Every Poker Table

Certified Live Dealers

All dealers on our live poker channel are trained and certified by their respective studios — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — before they appear on any table we carry.

Provably Streamed Hands

Each hand is dealt on a physical table in a licensed studio. No RNG is involved in live poker — the cards you see dealt on screen are the cards in play, full stop.

Provider Audit Trail

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live publish independent audit reports for their live studios. Those certifications cover the tables we host, and we link to provider compliance pages on request.

Secure Account Access

Your poker session runs under SSL encryption. Account login uses OTP verification, so only you can access your wallet and table history — no shared sessions, no exceptions.

77799 Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Inside Our Live Poker Lobby

Our live poker channel carries Casino Hold'em, Three Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em — all dealt by trained live dealers on camera. Evolution handles the flagship tables; Pragmatic Play Live fills out the side-bet variants. Every table runs on a dedicated video feed, so the stream holds steady whether you're on mobile in Dhaka or on desktop at home. Seat limits

are shown in real time on each table card, so you pick a table that's actually open. RTP figures are displayed where the provider publishes them — we don't invent numbers.

POKER HELP DESK

Help While You're at the Table

Live Chat Support Reach our support team through live chat while a poker session is running. We're available during peak table hours to sort account or stream issues without making you leave the lobby.
Account Wallet Help If your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket deposit hasn't reflected before a session, contact support with your transaction reference and we'll check the wallet confirmation on our end.
Table Disconnect Policy If your connection drops mid-hand, the round resolves by the standard disconnection rule shown in the table's info panel. Support can pull the hand history if you need a review.

Live Poker Terms Explained

What is Casino Hold'em?

A live poker variant where you play against the dealer, not other players. You and the dealer each build a five-card hand from two hole cards and five community cards.

What does 'ante' mean in live poker?

The mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt. In Casino Hold'em and Three Card Poker, the ante opens the round and determines the base payout if your hand wins.

What is a side bet in live poker?

An optional extra wager placed alongside your main hand bet. Side bets pay on specific card combinations — like a pair or flush — independent of whether you beat the dealer.

What does RTP mean on a poker table?

Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game pays back over time. We display RTP only where the provider publishes it for that specific table variant.

What is a 'fold' in Casino Hold'em?

Choosing not to continue after seeing your hole cards. You forfeit your ante bet. Folding is the only alternative to placing the call bet and seeing the hand through to showdown.

What does 'call bet' mean?

The second bet in Casino Hold'em, placed after seeing your two hole cards. It is exactly twice the ante and keeps you in the hand until the dealer reveals the community cards.
